WhatsApp reminders: If a doctor or clinic subscribes to the WhatsApp reminder service offered through our platform, we share the phone numbers of that clinic’s clients, along with the details needed for each message (such as the client’s name, the pet or patient name, and the appointment date and time), with Meta Platforms, Inc. and WhatsApp LLC in order to send appointment and vaccination reminders on the clinic’s behalf. This information is used only to deliver these messages. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

We do not share identifying information with any unrelated third parties.
